摘　　要：结合本中心SPF级实验动物设施改造的经验,探讨了SPF级实验动物设施改造过程中如何通过设计与实施,获得温湿度、换气次数、压力梯度、空气洁净度以及风速等环境指标达标的、布局合理的实验动物设施,从而确保设施的质量,实现SPF级动物设施改造过程中质量的控制。The transformation of the old experimental animal facilities is a very hard work, because it is related to the quality of laboratory animals as well as the safety of the original facilities, experiment and raises for personnel. Combined with the center actual, the SPF laboratory animal facilities in the process of reconstruction through the design and implementation of structure, layout and environmental indicators of temperature and humidity, ventilation rate , pressure gradient, the cleanliness of the air and wind speed, which has ensured the quality of experimental animals facilities and realized quality control of the SPF animal facilities.
