摘　　要：在移动网络技术高度发达的U时代下,手机休闲活动成为大学生的主要休闲方式,时间上的碎片化和空间上的伴随性成为其重要特征。以沈阳四所高校的大学生为研究样本,通过问卷调查的方式,运用SPSS17.0软件对大学生手机休闲行为及其满意度进行分析。结果表明手机休闲满意度受到社会人口统计特征以及对手机休闲的态度、依赖度的影响。通过加强对大学生休闲时间管理、更新大学生休闲观念、普及休闲教育,引导大学生健康休闲、开拓大学生休闲空间等方式可提高手机休闲满意度。As the Ubiquitous era in which mobile lntemet technology has been highly developed, mobile leisure has become the prime leisure activity of college students, characterizing importantly the fragmentation of time and concomitant of space. This paper takes four colleges students from Shenyang as the research samples, with questionnaire method, using SPSS 17.0 software to analyze college students＇ mobile phone leisure behavior and their satisfaction. Results show that mobile phone leisure satisfaction is affected by social demographic characteristics and influenced by mobile phone leisure attitude and dependence, according to which suggestions to improve the satisfaction of mobile leisure are put forward.
