痛风颗粒联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痛风颗粒联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予痛风颗粒联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,对照组给予秋水仙碱片联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。治疗7 d后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛症状、关节功能及血尿酸水平,评价两组治疗的安全性。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为86.66%和90.00%,两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛评分及血尿酸水平较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),关节功能明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗过程中,治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为3.33%和43.33%,两组的不良反应发生情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:痛风颗粒联合双氯芬酸钠缓释片可有效缓解急性痛风性关节炎的临床症状,降低血尿酸水平,且不良反应少。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ＂Gouty Granule＂ combined with diclofenac sodium tablets for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods： Sixty patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by ＂ Gouty Granule＂ combined with diclofenac sodium tablets, and the control group was treated by colchicine tablets combined with dielofenac sodium tablets. After 7 days of continuous treatment, the clinical effect, pain, joint function and the level of blood uric acid were compared, and the safety was evaluated. Results： The ＇total clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 86.66% and 90.00% respectively, with no statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, the pain scores and the level of blood uric acid were obviously decreased in both groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the joint function was markedly improved in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the course of treatment, the incidences of adverse reactions of treatment group and control group were 3. 33% and 43. 33% respectively, with a statistical difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Gouty Granule＂ combined witb diclofenac sodium tablets can alleviate tbe clinical symptoms and decrease the level of blood uric acid with less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
