筋痹方治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察筋痹方治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:90例符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),治疗组给予筋痹方口服+局部熨敷治疗,对照组给予莫比可口服治疗,疗程均为3周。记录并统计分析患者治疗前及治疗1周、2周、3周时的VAS评分及WOMAC评分,评价两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为81.40%,对照组为70.73%,两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周、2周、3周时,两组患者的VAS评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗1周时对照组患者的VAS评分低于治疗组(P<0.05),治疗3周时治疗组患者的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周、3周时,两组患者的WOMAC评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗2周、3周时治疗组患者的WOMAC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:筋痹方能够改善膝骨关节炎患者的临床症状,提高其生活能力,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Jinbi Recipe＂ （JBR） on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Ninety patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the selected standard were rmldomized into treatment group （ n = 45 ） and control group （n =45 ）. The treatment group was treated by JBR and the control group was treated by Mobic （meloxicam） , with a course of three weeks. The VAS score and WOMAC score were observed before treatment and on the 1 ^st , 2^nd and 3^rd weeks of treatment, and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results ： The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 81.40% and 70.73% respectively, with no statistical difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores in both groups were markedly decreased on the 1st, 2nO and 3rd weeks of treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P〈0.01）, and the VAS scores of control group were lower than those of treatment group on the Ut week of treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the VAS scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group on the 3rd week of treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment, the WOMAC scores in both groups were obviously decreased on the 18,, 2 na and 3~a weeks of treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the WOMAC scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group on the 2^nd and 3 ^rd weeks of treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： JBR can improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and increase the quality of life.
