三七三虫散对神经根型颈椎病斜方肌肌张力的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察三七三虫散对神经根型颈椎病患者斜方肌肌张力的影响。方法:将80例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例);治疗组采用三七三虫散治疗,对照组采用颈复康治疗,4周为1疗程。观察两组治疗前后颈椎病治疗成绩评分、Neck Disability Index(NDI)量表评分,VAS疼痛评分及斜方肌肌张力变化。结果:治疗后两组颈椎病治疗成绩评分、NDI评分、VAS疼痛评分和斜方肌肌张力均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);其中治疗组斜方肌肌张力的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三七三虫散治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,尤其能降低患者斜方肌肌张力。Objective ： To observe the curative effects of ＂Sanqi Sanchong Powder＂ on trapezius tension for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： Eighty cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by ＂Sanqi Sanchong Powder＂, and control group was treated by ＂Jingfukang＂, with a course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, scores of NDI and VAS and trapezius tension were observed. Results： The clinical efficacy, scores of NDI and VAS, and trapezius tension were improved after treatment in both of the groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the improvement of trapezius tension in treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： ＂ Sanqi Sanchong Powder＂ has positive effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, especially in decreasing the trapezius tension.
