摘 要:采用CFD技术对多级多出口离心泵的能量损耗进行分析研究。当泵出口设置在多级泵中段时,泵出口下游段泵级出现明显的大尺度涡旋,级内的液流处于自循环状态造成严重能耗。为定量掌握分析该部分能耗,将泵出口后下游段的流动域卸除进行模拟计算及性能预测,与原模型的性能对比得到能量损失结果。计算结果显示,随着泵出口下游段级数的增多,泵扬程没有明显变化,泵总效率却显著下降,但平均每级效率损失减少。Based on CFD,the energy consumption in the multi-stage and multi-outlet centrifugal pump was analyzed in this pa-per.We found that the flow field of the stage in the downstream of the pump outlet was in the self-loop state accompanied by obvi-ous vortex and large energy loss,when the outlet was set in the middle stage of overall pump.In order to analyze the energy con-sumption of this part quantitatively,we removed the domain in the downstream of the outlet,then carried on the simulation and performance prediction,and got the results of the energy loss through the comparison with the original model.The results showed that along with the series increased in downstream of the pump,the head changed little,but overall efficiency declined significant-ly,and the average efficiency loss of each stage was reduced.
