“吴氏消瘤散”抗S180实体瘤及免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究吴氏消瘤散对荷瘤S180小鼠肿瘤生长的影响,并观察其免疫调节作用。方法①S180移植瘤模型小鼠随机分为溶剂对照组(n=20)、环磷酰胺组(n=10)及吴氏消瘤散低、中、高剂量组(每组n=10),分别给予相应的干预措施,末次给药后24 h测定各组瘤重及抑瘤率。②将C57BL/6小鼠随机分为溶剂对照组(n=16)、香菇多糖组(n=8)及吴氏消瘤散低、中、高剂量组(每组n=8),分别给予相应的干预措施。以3H-TdR掺入法测定药物对脾T淋巴细胞增殖及NK细胞活性的影响。结果①与溶剂对照组比较,吴氏消瘤散各组小鼠瘤重明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②与溶剂对照组比较,吴氏消瘤散各组小鼠能显著增强刀豆蛋白诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与YAC-1细胞共同培养后,吴氏消瘤散组NK细胞活性明显升高,与溶剂对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吴氏消瘤散具有抗肿瘤作用,并可促进小鼠脾T淋巴细胞增殖,增强NK细胞活性。Objective To investigate the effect of ＂Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂ on S180-implanted solid tumor and its regulatory effect on immune system. Methods ① S180 mice were randomly divided into five groups ： solvent control group （ n =20 ）, cyclophosphamide group （ n = 10 ） and ＂ Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂ groups （low, medium and high dose） （n = 10 ）, the rats models were treated with cyclophosphamide and ＂ Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂, and the tumor weight and tumor inhibition rate were determined 24 h after the last administration. ② C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into solvent control group （n = 16 ）, lentinan group （n =8） and ＂Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂ groups （low, medium and high dose） （n =8 ）, each group was treated with corresponding interventions. We determined the spleen T lymphocyte proliferation and the activity of NK cells by 3 H-TdR incorporation method. Results ① Compared with the solvent control group, the tumor weights in these three ＂ Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂ groups were significantly reduced （P 〈0.01 ）. ② Compared with the solvent control group, the T lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A in each group were remarkably promoted （P 〈0.01 ）. After co-cultured with YAC-I cells, the activity of NK cells were remarkably increased （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion ＂Wushi Xiaoliu Powder＂ can inhibit S180 solid tumor, promote T lymphocyte proliferation and enhance activity of NK cells.
