语言经济原则对新词语构词的影响

摘　　要：语言的经济原则是在表意明晰的前提下,为了提高语言的交际效率,尽可能采用经济简洁的语言符号形式。这一原则对语言的发展演变起着重要的制约作用。新词语的产生同样受到经济原则的制约和影响。语言经济原则对新词语构词的影响主要有:派生法构词、缩略法构词、新方源词和原有词语产生的新意义与新用法等。The ciency as well well as in the principle of least effort aims to use an economic language to improve communication effi- as message delivery. This principle plays a restrictive role in the evolution of language as formation of new words. This article deals with the effect of the principle of least effort on of new words from the aspects of derivation, abbreviation, coinage and extension.
