摘　　要：介绍了企业对实现远程故障诊断服务的迫切需求 ,远程故障诊断服务的技术现状 ,详细论述了远程故障诊断的模型设计 ,远程故障诊断系统知识库的更新方法及推理方法 ,最后介绍了实现远程服务的关键技术。In this paper,the demand for teleservice in manufacturing enterprises is firstly introduced.Then the designs of remote fault diagnosis system are particularly discussed,including in organization model,updating model of database and fault reasoning method.At last,the key technologies of teleservice are simply recommended.
