摘  要:为了加深对弹性建筑涂料成膜过程的认识和提高检测结果的可靠度,考察制样方法、养护条件、热处理过程、测试条件等试验影响因素对弹性建筑涂料拉伸性能的影响规律和程度。试验结果指明样品厚度、养护时间、热处理时间、测试温度等因素是测试时必须严格控制的。利用弹性建筑涂料的动态力学性能,分析其拉伸性能的受试验因素影响的原因,说明弹性建筑涂料拉伸性能与弹性涂料乳液的分子柔顺性和抗老化性、涂膜中的残余助剂的增塑作用以及涂膜交联结构的形成程度的关系。To deepen the understanding of film-forming process of elastomeric wall coatings and improve the reliability of testing results, experimental influence factors, such as sample preparation methods, maintenance conditions, heat treatment process and test conditions, are studied to find out how and in what extent tensile properties influenced elastomeric wall coatings. The results show that the factors, such as sample thickness, maintenance period, heat-treated time and testing temperature, must be strictly controlled. Bosed on dynamic mechanical properties of elastomeric wall coatings, the experimental influence factors of tensile properties are analyzed. The tensile properties of elastomeric wall coating are comprehensively affected by the molecular flexibility and heat-aging resistance of coating emulsion, plasticization of residual auxiliaries in coating film, and the crosslinking structure degree of coating film.
