摘  要:大功率逆变电源是等离子喷涂设备中的关键部件,介绍了一种软开关大功率等离子喷涂逆变电源,它以移相全桥逆变器加二次整流电路为主电路拓扑,重点分析了其工作原理。采用TMS320F2812 DSP设计了控制系统全数字化硬件平台,阐述了控制系统软件及数字PID的设计,实现了等离子喷涂逆变电源的数字化恒电压、恒电流外特性闭环控制。实验结果表明,逆变电源消除了开关管上的电压、电流尖峰,降低了开关损耗,实现了软开关。通过对PID控制参数的整定和主电路L、C参数的调整,解决了电弧电流发散振荡和熄弧的问题,电弧电流稳定输出,满足等离子喷涂要求。High power inverter power supply was a key component of plasma spray equipment.A high power soft-switching inverter power supply fi)r plasma spray was introduced in the paper.With phase-shift full bridge inverter and secondary rectifier circuit main circuit topology,its working principle was analyzed.Fully digital control system was designed using the TMS320F2812 I)SP hardware platform,in this paper,the design of the software and digital PID control system,realized tile plasma spraying digital closed loop control of inverter power supply and constant voltage,constant current external characteristic control.Experimental results indicated that the power supply the switch voltage and current peak were eliminated,the switch loss was reduced and sol1 switching was realized.Through to the PID control parameter setting and adjustment of main circuit parameters of L,C solved the arc current divergent oscillation and arc extinguishing.The requirement of plasma spraying was satisfied with are current stable output.
