摘 要:为了获得良好的焊缝成形,保证焊接质量,研究了水下旋转电弧的焊接工艺规范对焊缝尺寸的影响。选取焊接电流、焊枪旋转半径、焊枪高度、旋转频率为正交试验的四个因素,设计四因素三水平正交试验表。对获得的数据集建立回归方程组,拟合熔宽、熔深与焊接电流、焊枪旋转半径、焊枪高度、旋转频率四个因素的关系,试验结果表明,拟合方程能准确地模拟实际情况。对熔宽及熔深进行敏感性分析,熔宽对焊枪旋转半径的调节灵敏度较高,熔深对焊枪高度的调节灵敏度较高。In order to obtain good weld shape,and get good welding quality,it is necessary to study the effect of underwater rotate are welding process specification on weld shape.Welding current, rotational radius ,height of torch, rotational frequency are selected as four factors of orthogonal test,level L_9 (3,4) orthogonal experiment table is designed.Data set is Obtained,which is used to established regression equations,to fit curves between the welding current,rotational radius,height of torch,rotational frequency and width and depth of penetration.The result shows that,regression equation can fit the practical situation accurately.Rotating radius of the torch is the most influence on width ,and height of torch is the most influence on depth of penetration.
