摘 要:采用DH-50镍基焊丝对Q235钢进行电火花堆焊并对接头行为进行分析研究,结果表明:电火花堆焊焊缝的组织为典型铸态组织,呈柱状晶形态,碳化物的析出被抑制。焊接热影响区的母材组织几乎未受到任何影响,未见固态相变和晶粒尺寸变化。焊缝硬度约为母材两倍,焊缝中与母材邻近部位出现的硬度降低,可能与该区域的致密度较低有关。从分析显微组织和测定化学成分均可证明电火花焊缝与基体为冶金结合方式,不存在堆焊层剥落的不可靠隐患。Research on the joint behavior of electro-spark depJsition on Q235 steel by using DH-50 Ni-base alloy wire.The results show that weld microstructure was typical cast structure and presented columnar crystal morphology.Carbide precipitation was suppressed in the weld.The base microstructure of HAZ was ahnnst uninfluenced and did not find the change of solid transtbrmation and grain size.The hardness was approximately two times of tile base metal and the hardness of the adjae, ent base metal position decreased because the density of this position may be lower.Metallurgical bonding between the weld and the base metal can be prcved by microstructure and chemical constituents and electro-spark surfacing layer did not exist the hidden trouble of spalling.
