摘　　要：介绍了某07MnNiMoVDR钢制乙烯球罐的技术指标特点、制造工艺和质量要求,在球罐建造过程中对其安装工艺和质量进行了严格控制,制造的球罐整体质量良好,各项指标达到了较高水平。The technical characteristics,manufacturing process and quality requirements of 07MnNiMoVDR steel ethylene spherical tank were introduced in this paper.Installation process and quality were strictly controlled during constnlclion of spheri＇al tank. quality of constructed spherical tank was excellent in the whole and various indicators reached a high level.
