摘 要:为准确测定鱼类玉米饲料消化率,选择体重(200.00±0.25)g的匙吻鲟(Polyodon spathtda)6尾,每尾填饲安玉2166玉米粉颗粒饲料5g,以漏管收集全部粪排泄物,测定饲料氨基酸摄入量和排泄量,计算匙吻鲟玉米饲料氨基酸消化率。结果显示:匙吻鲟对玉米饲料粗蛋白质消化率为87.58%,18种氨基酸表观消化率(ADAA)为73.62%-91.34%,真消化率(TDAA)为85.22%~96.64%。以Choi鱼类氨基酸需要量模型分析氨基酸平衡性,安玉2166玉米氨基酸指数(EAAI)为75.37%,TDA指数为83.35%。结果表明玉米蛋白质为鱼类可利用蛋白质饲料源。瘘管全收粪法测定的匙吻鲟玉米消化率,低于石斑鱼玉米蛋白粉外源指示剂法,高于草鱼玉米胚芽粕内源指示剂法,可作为匙吻鲟饲料消化率的测定方法。In order to measure the digestibility of corn feed, six individuals of 200 _+ 0. 25 g paddlefish were selected, anyu 2166 of 5 g pellet feed was force -fed and total fecal excretion was collected using fistula in order to measure AA in- take and excretion, then amino acid (AA) digestibility was calculated. The results showed that corn feed crude protein (CP) digestibility was 87. 58%, apparent digestibility of amino acid (ADAA) of 18 kinds of AA was 73.62% 91.34% , true digestibility of amino acid (TDAA) was 85.22% - 96.64%. Meanwhile, AA balance of the 9 kinds of AA using fish Choi analysis model indicated that chemical amino acid index (EAAI) of corn anyu 2166 was 75.37% , TDA in- dex was 85.35%. Thus, the corn -protein can be available fish protein source. The values of digestibility by fistula method in paddlefish were lower than that in grouper using the method of exogenous indicator, but higher than corn germ meal in grass crap by the method of endogenous indicator. It can be wsed to measure the digestibility of feed in paddlefish.
