摘  要:为指导生产上科学用药,实验鉴定了在罗非鱼鱼苗培育阶段引起暴发病的病原为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromononas hydrophila),测试了菌毒净(三氯异氰尿酸工业品)对该致病菌的抑杀浓度,同时使用菌毒净片剂和粉剂进行了罗非鱼暴发病的防病实验。结果显示:菌毒净对嗜水气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度为6.25μg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为12.5μg/mL,使用菌毒净片剂的防病效果好于使用菌毒净粉剂。In order to provide a scientific disease control measure, pathogenic bacteria of tilapia diseases in fry rearing pe- riod was isolated and identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. Jundujing (a industrial product oftrichloroisocyanuric acid, TC- CA) was used to the dieases control experiment, and its minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) to A. hydrophila were determined. Besides, the control efficiencies of granular TCCA and powdered TCCA were compared. The results showed that MIC of TCCA to A. hydrophila was 6. 25 μg/mL, and the MBC was 12. 5 μg/mL. The disease control efficiency of the tablet TCCA was better than the powder TCCA.
