摘　　要：分析了油料保障能力评估体系建立的原则,阐述了主成分分析法的运用步骤,对油料保障能力评估实例进行了研究,丰富了油料保障能力评估的方法手段,提高了油料保障指挥决策的科学性和有效性。This paper analyzes the principal of establishing the POL support capacity evaluation system, expounds the application steps of principal component analysis, and studies the specific example of the POL support capacity evaluation. It enriches the methods and means of the scientificalness and effective- ness of the organization and command of the POL support.
