摘 要:为提高我国水电企业在国际工程EPC项目承包市场中的竞争力,必须清楚地认识自身的优势和缺陷,以便制定正确的企业战略。运用SWOT战略分析方法对我国承揽国际工程EPC项目的以施工为龙头的水电企业进行分析,基于效用思想构建决策模型。结果表明,我国水电企业在国际EPC项目承包市场中优势不明显,不利因素较多;效用决策模型能够简化企业战略方案选择程序,提高决策方案准确性,有利于提高我国水电企业管理水平,增强国际竞争力。In order to improve their competitiveness in the contracting market of international engineering EPC projects, China ' s hydropower enterprises ' own strengths and weaknesses must be clearly understood so as to formulate correct enterprise strategies. By using the SWOT method to analyze China 's constructionoriented hydropower enterprises to undertake international engineering EPC projects, a decisionmaking model is established based on the idea of utility. The results show that in the contracting market of international EPC projects,China 's hydropower enterprises advantages are not obvious,and there are many unfavorable factors. The utility decision-making model can simplify the choice of enterprise strategies and improve the accuracy of the decision-making plans,and it is in favor of improving the management level of China's hydropower enterprises and enhancing their international competitiveness.
