山长的出身与岳麓书院的千年发展

摘　　要：岳麓书院的山长多为官学出身,或有任官经历。山长的出身也就决定了岳麓书院有着不同于其他书院的官方背景。山长多为湖南籍,这体现了岳麓书院的地域性特色。岳麓书院山长的出身对其发展有着深远影响。The principals of Yuelu Academy, whose origin mostly came from official education, had the experience as a government officer. The principals＇s origin made Yuelu Academy have official background which differed from the other academies. Most of the principals＇ native place were Hunan, which reflected the regional characteristic of Yuelu Academy. The origin of the principals had a significant influence on the development of Yuelu Academy.
