中晚期深度烧伤创面大张中厚皮片移植术的临床机制分析

摘　　要：目的 对中晚期深度烧伤创面大张中厚皮片移植术的临床机制进行探讨分析.方法 选取我院自2011年10月-2013年10月收治的68例中晚期深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,患者采用大张中厚皮片移植术治疗,观察其临床治疗结果,对其临床作用机制进行探讨分析.结果 68例患者经治疗后,大张中厚皮片成活率95.6％;对患者进行为期（25.68±1.24）月随访,除1例患者出现增生性瘢痕外,其余均无明显瘢痕增生及皮片挛缩,患者对治疗效果满意率为97.1％.结论 采用大张中厚皮片移植术治疗中晚期深度烧伤创面效果显著,术后康复效果良好.Objective The clinical mechanisms in advanced deep bum wounds large sheet of skin graft surgery to discuss the analysis. Methods Patients with advanced deep in our hospital from bums 68 cases from October 2011 to October 2013 were treated as an object of study, patients were treated with large sheets of skin grafting treatment, clinical outcomes were observed, the clinical mechanism of action discuss analyzes. Results 68 cases of the patients treated, large sheets of skin graft survival rate of 95.6%; patients for a period of（25.68± 1.24） months follow-up, except for one patient hypertrophic scars, the rest were obvious scar contracture patients to treatment satisfactory rate was 97.1%.Conclusion The use of large sheets of skin graft surgery in treatment of advanced deep burn wounds significant effect, granulation tissue, rehabilitation to good effect.
