摘　　要：以延长包钢干熄焦装置连续运行时间的研究为目标,重点分析研究影响干熄焦装置使用寿命的主观因素和客观因素,抓住矛盾的突出点,通过引用新材料、对关键设备进行改造以及优化工艺方案等措施,使包钢干熄焦装置检修周期达到1.5年以上,为包钢干熄焦装置在今后安全平稳的生产、运行,提供宝贵的管理和操作经验。The acting factors of continuous running time were analyzed in Baotou Steel and Iron Group Co. , Ltd. The subjective factors of CDQ equipment service life and objective factors were discussed. Through using new materials, modification and process optimization measures for key equipment, the CDQ equipment maintenance period is up to 1.5 years. The valuable experiences in management and operation were provided for the production, safe and smooth operation in the future.
