摘  要:叙述了攀钢烧结烟气的特点,介绍了有机胺(离子液)循环吸收法、氨-硫铵法、气固悬浮循环流化床脱硫法等3种脱硫工艺的原理、工艺流程及工程应用中存在的问题及工程应用效果,对比分析了3种方法的优缺点,认为有机胺循环吸收法用于脱除高浓度的二氧化硫具有脱硫率高、不产生二次污染,同时可副产硫酸,符合攀钢烧结烟气特性要求,具有推广应用前景。The characteristics of Pangang sinstering gas was summarized, and the theories, technological process and the existing problems and effect in project application of 3 kinds of desulfurization methods, including organic amine (ionic liquid) circulation absorption, ammonia-ammonium sulfate method and gas/solid suspension circulating fluid ized bed were introduced. Advantages and disadvantages of these three methods were analyzed, and it was consid ered that organic amine circulation absorption was applied to absorb high concentration sulfur dioxide, with high desulfurization degree, byproduct sulfuric acid and no secondary pollution. This method met the requirement of Pan- gang sinstering gas, and showed the potentiality of wide applications.
