摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,我国的各行各业也在快速的发展。在十六届四中全会中,国家领导者提出了和谐发展的指导方向,要求各行各业的发展必须围绕和谐进行,这样才能促进我国社会的和谐发展。在油田的治理方面,也必须坚持和谐管理。本文主要针对和谐油田的综合治理进行探讨,以促进油田在和谐发展中健康、持续、稳定的发展。With the development of economy, China＇s industries are developing rapidly. In Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th, the national leader proposed guidance direction of harmonious development, required the development of all walks of life must be in harmony around, so as to promote the harmonious development of China＇s society. In the field of governance, we also must adhere to the harmonious management. This paper mainly explores the comprehensive management of harmony oilfield to promote the harmonious development of oilfields in healthy, sustainable and stable development.
