摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者在服用他汀类药物进行降脂治疗的过程中血清前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)水平的变化情况。方法采用随机抽样的方法,分别收集31例临床上需要服用他汀类药物进行降脂治疗的2型糖尿病患者用药前和用药4周后的空腹血标本。对入选者进行病史采集、体格检查以及血清生化指标等的检测。采用双抗夹心ELISA的方法检测患者服药前后血清PCSK9的水平。结果他汀类药物能显著降低2型糖尿病患者血清TC、LDL-C、TG等的水平(P<0.01)。口服他汀类药物治疗后2型糖尿病患者的血清PCSK9水平与治疗前相比明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论他汀类药物的使用可以升高2型糖尿病患者血清PCSK9的水平,并在一定程度上影响他汀的降脂效果。Objective To investigate the effects of statins on the levels of serum PCSK9 in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Fasting blood samples were obtained from 31 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after 4 weeks＇ statins therapy. All patients received disease history collection, physical and biochemical examinations. The serum level of PCSK9 was measured with a sensitive and specific sandwich ELISA. Results After statin therapy,the levels of TC, LDL-C ,TG were obviously decreased （P〈0.01）, and the levels of serum PCSK9 was significantly increased （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions Statins can significantly enhance the serum level of PCSK9. PCSK9 inhibitors would be a new- ly promising lipid-lowering drug.
