早熟双低杂交油菜新品种天油早1号的选育

摘　　要：[目的]选育适合安徽省种植的早熟双低油菜新品种。[方法]以皖油14为对照,利用甘蓝型细胞质雄性不育系QA与恢复系R51配组,筛选出最佳组合。[结果]选育的组合天油早1号表现早熟、强优势、适应性广、高产稳产,芥酸含量0.95%,硫苷含量为27mol/g,含油量为41%;产量为3 000 kg/hm2,比对照皖油14增产10.3%;符合省区试双低油菜标准,无品质缺陷。2006年7月提交安徽省区域试验(早熟组),2011年通过安徽省审定。[结论]早熟双低油菜新品种天油早1号适合在安徽省地区作早熟品种种植。[Objective] The study aimed to breed the rapeseed （B.napus L.） variety with early maturity and double-low quality that suitable for the region of Anhui Province.[Method] With the Wanyou No.14 as CK,the new variety of Tianyouzao No.1 （B.napus L.） was bred by crossing sterile line QA with restorer line R51.[Result] The variety showed great hybridization superiority,with high-yield,stable yield,early maturity and extensive adaptability.Tianyouzao No.1 was a good quality variety with oil content of 41％,low erucic content（0.95％） and low glucosinolate content（27 μmol/g）.Tianyouzao No.1 gave average yield of 3 000 kg/hm2,which out-yielded the control variety Wanyou No.14 by 10.3％.Tianyouzao No.1 was submitted to the Anhui Province regional test （early maturity groups） in July 2006 and it passed the test in 2010.[Conclusion] Tianyouzao No.1 with early maturity and double-low quality was suitable for the region of Anhui Province.
