摘　　要：开发区土地集约利用评价工作仅从整体上对土地利用情况进行评价,但是企业的用地情况不能够全面反映出来,不利于微观管理。该研究以招远经济技术开发区为例,通过对开发区内工业企业的强度潜力的测算并且结合GIS空间模型,从微观层次分析开发区内工业企业的土地利用潜力,并且将结果分为3个等级。研究结果表明,大部分企业的土地集约利用潜力较低,需要通过对企业内部生产建筑调整、综合利用或增加投资等方式提高土地集约利用水平。Evaluation of intensive laud use in development zones only to evaluate the land use as a whole,but not fully reflected to the detriment of micromanagement.Taking Zhaoyuan Economic Development Zone as an example,through potential measurement on the strength of industrial enterprises in the development zone of and combing with GIS spatial model,the land use potential of industrial enterprises in the development zone was analyzed from micro-layer,and the result was divided into three levels.The results showed that the most intensive land use potential of the enterprises are relatively lower,which needs for adjustment of in-house production structure,comprehensive utilization,and investment increasing to improve the land intensive use level.
