摘　　要：介绍了氮在热处理气氛中的作用 ,述评了不同的供氮方式和制氮方法 ,讨论了PSA制氮装置的稳定性 。The role of nitrogen in heat treatment atmosphere is introduced. Different nitrogen feed ways and nitrogen preparation methods are reviewed.The stability of PSA equipment for nitrogen preparation is discussed and the paper concluds that PSA nitrogen preparation is a suitable scheme of nitrogen source for nitrogen-based atmosphere heat treatment at present in China.
