摘 要:为研究低浓度煤矿瓦斯气体在泡沫陶瓷内预混燃烧污染物排放的规律,搭建了低浓度瓦斯燃烧实验台,对多种燃烧工况进行实验研究,分析在一段和两段多孔介质燃烧器内,CO和NO的排放随流速、当量比变化的规律。通过试验发现,一段多孔介质(20 PPI)燃烧下,在相同当量比下,CO的浓度先降低后增加,当流速达到一定程度,CO的浓度急剧增加,而NO的排放和燃烧瓦斯的浓度成正比关系,当量比越高,NO的排放浓度越高,且在一定当量比下,NO的排放浓度随流速的变化有一最高点;两段多孔介质(30+40 PPI)燃烧下,在当量比不变的情况下,CO的浓度随流速的增加,先降低后增加,到脱火前,急剧增加,而NO的排放规律和一段燃烧时一致。For studying laws of premixed burned pollutant emission of low concentration coal mine gas in foamed ceramics, this paper introduces establishment of experiment table for low concentration gas combustion and carries out experimental study on various combustion conditions.It analyzes laws of changes of emission of CO and No with flow rate and equivalence ratio in one section and two sections of porous media burners.By experiment,it discovers that under the condition of one section of porous media (20 PPI)combustion and with the same equivalence ratio,concentration of CO is firstly decreasing and then increasing while when flow rate is reaching to a certain degree,concentration of CO is rapidly increasing.Mean-while,emission of NO is into positive relationship with concentration of burned gas,while when equivalence ratio is higher, emission concentration of NO is higher and with a certain degree of equivalence ratio,emission concentration of NO is reac-hing to a highest point with change of flow rate.Under the two sections of porous media(30+40 PPI)combustion condi-tion,when equivalence ratio is fixed,concentration of CO is firstly decreasing and then increasing with change of flow rate, and before blow-off,it is rapidly increasing.Meanwhile,emission law of NO is cosistent as that under the condition of one section of porous media combustion.
