摘  要:基于N-1静态安全约束校验模型的传统输电断面最大输电能力(total transfer capability,TTC)计算结果所确定的电网供电方案过于保守,为此,提出考虑供电收益和风险的电网供电方案多目标优化模型,综合考虑电网的风险、经济指标,引入风险模型和获益模型,对电网供电方案进行多目标优化,并应用多目标粒子群算法和主观权重结合熵权的余弦排序进行求解与决策。实际算例的仿真结果表明该模型和方法的有效性和可行性,技术人员可根据实际需要对方案进行分析选择。The grid power supply scheme confirmed according to calculation result of total transfer capability of traditional power transmission section based on N-1 static safety restriction verification model is excessively conservative.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-target optimization model for grid power supply scheme which is considering power supply profit and risk.This model comprehensively considers risk and economic index of the power grid and introduces risk model and profit model for multi-target optimization.In addition,it uses multi-target particle swarm algorithm and cosine sort algorithm based on subj ective weight combining entropy weight to realize solution and decision-making.Simulation result of practical example indicates effectiveness and feasibility of this model and method which is useful for technicists to proceed analysis and selection according to practical requirements for the scheme.
