摘　　要：研究了H1 3、3Cr2W 8V真空脉冲渗氮层的显微结构和性能 ,结果表明 ,渗层的硬度高 ,化合物层薄 ,脆性小 。Vacuum-pulse-nitriding has been used to treat H13、3Cr2W8V mould steel. The microstructure and properties of nitrided layer are researched. The results show that the hardness of nitrided layer is high, compound case is thin, brittleness is low and service life of the die has been increased obviously.
