摘　　要：农地 (农用土地 )属于不动产资源 ,农地流转是通过其产权让渡来实现的。随着农村社会主义市场经济的发展 ,农地产权市场化配置的程度不断提高 。Farmland belongs to immovable resourses,which is transferred only by its property right exchange.With the development of socialist market economy in rural areas,the scale of marketing distribution of the farmland property right is continuously going up ,so we must establish an appropriate farmland property right system.
