摘 要:提高高强度结构钢板的残余应力的测试精度,可以更好地评估回火工艺的有效性,使产品更加安全可靠.常用的残余应力测试方法(如钻孔法、X射线衍射法等)只能测定钢板外表面及浅层的残余应力.采用裂纹柔度法分析回火钢板的残余应力,对Q550D钢板不同回火工艺状态下的应力松弛效果进行了测试.结果表明,裂纹柔度法能够测定钢板全厚度范围内残余应力释放过程中产生的应变,从而判断其应力分布情况,而且这种方法比钻孔法及X射线衍射法更加敏感和精确.Improving the measurement accuracy of residual stress of highstrength structural plate means that the effectiveness of tempe ring process can be evaluated better, making the products more secure and reliable. However, the method used for testing the residual stress (such as drilling method, Xray diffraction method, etc. ) can only measure the residual stresses on the outer surface and the shallow plate. The crack compliance method was adopted for the analysis on the residual stress of the tempered steel in the experiment. The stress relaxation effects of Q550D steel in different tempering process were tested. The results show that this kind of residual stress analysis can effectively measure the strain in the residual stress release process of the range of the thickness of Q550D steel plate in or der to determine the stress distribution, which is more sensitive and accurate than drilling method and Xray diffraction method.
