摘  要:为提高苎麻纤维剥制工效、减轻苎麻收获的劳动强度,开展了自动苎麻纤维分离机的研究与设计工作。在分析了自动反拉式、直喂式和横向喂入式苎麻纤维剥制原理后,样机采用横向喂人式剥麻方式,设计出自动苎麻纤维分离机。试验结果表明,样机剥麻工效为135kg/h,鲜茎出麻率为4.78%(去稍部),苎麻含杂麻1.09%,苎麻含胶率23.28%,均满足纺织工业原料质量要求。该机可基本满足长度为800。1900mm的苎麻茎杆纤维分离要求。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low efficiency of ramie fiber decortication, automatic separator for ramie fiber was developed. With this machine, we designed double peeling cylinders located at both inside and outside of the grip chain for segmentally processing the bottom and top of full ramie stems, and transverse fed the stems of ramie, which greatly improved the efficiency of ramie decortication. The automatic separator implement mechanization of ramie stem feeding, peeling, and fiber collection. It is typical of high productivity and saving of time and labour. Experiment results showed that productivity of this machine was 135kg/h, and fiber percentage of fresh ramie stem was 4.78%, the percentage of ramie impurities content was 1.09%, the rubber content of ramie was 23.28%. All these data showed that the quality of fiber decorticated by the sample decorticator can meet the requirements of textile enterprises. This ramie deeorticator with high efficiency and high (stable) fiber quality is suitable for large-scale ramie base.
