摘 要:对三向动态铣削测力仪进行了相应改造,首先利用桥式电路设计法设计了本测力仪的电桥连接方式;其次,对应变片及其粘贴位置进行了相应的优化选择,并按照要求粘贴了应变片及布线。最后,对改造后的铣削测力仪进行了性能测试,证明本测力仪各项性能指标完全符合工件切削加工的测量要求。并且使测力仪的测力精度和灵敏度得到了有效提高。In this paper, three-direction measuring instrument of the dynamic milling force has been reformed. Firstly, Bridge-circuit method has been used to design the dynamometer bridge connecting mode. Secondly, the corresponding optimization is selected to determine the strain gauges and their sticking positions. Furthermore, we past the strain gauges in accordance with the requirements. Finally, the transformation of the milling dynamometer is tested. At the same time, all the indexes of the dynamometer performance are fully conformed to the measuring requirements of the machining work piece. In addition, the force measuring accuracy and the sensitivity of dynamometer has been effectively improved greatly.
