摘  要:为了降低活塞环窜气量,优化柴油机整体性能和排放,研究了活塞环组的窜气路径,采用环动力学理论对窜气进行了分析。考虑了缸套和活塞受到热负荷和机械载荷耦合作用导致型线改变的影响因素,通过建立Glide活塞组摩擦副模型,对活塞环的窜气量进行仿真分析,得到了活塞环组重要参数(开口间隙、环与环槽间隙、环径向压力)对窜气量影响规律,结果表明开口间隙和环与环槽间隙对窜气量均有较显著影响,在活塞环设计及结构优化过程中需重点考虑。To reduce the blow-by through piston ring group, optimize the performance and emissions of the diesel engine, the route of blow-by through the piston ring group was investigated and the blow-by was analyzed with the theory of ring dynamics. Glide model of piston group was established, considering the influence of contour line of the cylinder liner and piston under the thermal-mechanical coupling loads, the blow- by through piston ring was simulated. The influence law of important parameters of piston ring group (closed gap, clearance between ring and groove, radial pressure) to the blow-by was obtained, the result shows that closed gap and the clearance between ring and groove have great influence to the blow-by, and these factors should be mainly considered when design or optimize the piston ring.
