摘　　要：人类劳动参与自然资源再生产过程、促使自然资源再生与积累的活动虽然由来已久 ,但是自然资源产业的独立地位长期得不到承认和重视。这既制约了自然资源生产—利用—再生产的良性循环 ,又导致了自然资源的严重破坏、浪费以及生态环境的恶化。西部地区自然资源产业化是我国社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然要求 ,是实现西部地区资源。The industrialization of Natural resources in Western China is a must when the social economy of China has attained a certain phase of development.It is the only way to materialize the coordinated development of the natural resources,economy and environment in the western regions. [
