摘 要:建立了海水中铜、铅、镉、锌、铬和镍的原子吸收光谱测定方法。在pH4.0±0.5条件下,样品溶液经水浴加热,以吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)为螯合剂,铜、铅、镉、锌、铬和镍被定量螯合,生成的螯合物被甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取后,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锌,石墨炉原子法测定其余元素。结果表明,镉、铬、铜、铅、镍和锌的检出限分别为0.04、0.3、0.13、0.2、0.4和1.0μg/L。对GBW(E)080040海水标准样品进行分析,除镍因没有认定值外,其他元素的测定值与认定值一致。方法应用于珠江口和大亚湾海域的海水分析,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)在2.3%~6.5%之间,回收率在94%~105%范围。An atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of copper, lead, cadmi- um, zinc, chromium and nickel in seawater was established. Under the conditions of pH 4.0±0.5 and heating in a water bath, with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) as a chelating agent, copper, lead, cadmium, zinc, chromium and nickel were chelated quantitatively to form chelates which were extracted by MIBK, then zinc was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the other elements were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The re- sults showed that the detection limits for cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, nickel and zinc were 0.04, 0.3, 0.13, 0.2, 0.4 and 1.0 g/L, respectively. Certified reference seawater samples GBW (E) 080040 was analyzed, except that nickel had no certified value, the measured results of the other ele- ments were consistent with the certified values. The method was applied to the analysis of seawater from the Pearl River estuary and the Daya Bay, with the relative standard deviations (RSD, nz7) for the measurement results of each element between 2.3 % to 6.5 % and the recoveries in the range of 94 %-105 %.
