摘 要:污染源自动监测指标体系是构建水污染物排放总量监控网络的关键和基础。科学合理的指标体系能有效反馈污染源排污情况及对水环境质量的影响。鉴于目前污染源自动监测指标仅限于COD和氨氮等常规性综合监测指标,缺少表征污染源排污特征的特征污染物监测指标,有必要进行指标的优化与筛选。文章以示范区清河流域内缫丝加工行业为研究对象,基于指标设置原则,分析清河流域内污染源产污及排污情况,从营养化、毒理性角度运用初选、精选、复选3个阶段法,完成了污染源自动监测指标的优化与筛选,成功构建缫丝加工行业自动监测指标体系,为水污染物排放总量监控网络的构建提供理论支撑。Pollution index system for automatic monitoring of water pollutant emissions is key and foundation to build a monitoring network. Scientific and reasonable index system can effectively feedback pollutant discharge and the impact on water quality of the environment. Due to the limited sources of automatic monitoring indicators such as COD and ammonia nitrogen which are conventional composite indicators, as well as the lack of characterization of characteristic features of pollutants in monitoring indicators, it is need to do optimization and screening. Taking reeling processing industry in Qing River Basin as the demonstration area, based on the principles set targets, the pollution source and generation were analyzed. From eutrophication and toxicological point of view, three-stage method including primaries, selection and check was used for the optimization and automatic filtering of pollution monitoring indicators, to successfully construct automatic monitoring indicators in reeling processing industry, which would provide theoretical support to build pollutant emissions in water monitoring network.
