摘 要:构建了槽式太阳能集热系统,其采用空气作为导热介质,并联集热;并研发、制作污泥喷雾塔,在塔顶利用二流体喷嘴使污水处理厂污泥(含水率97%以上)雾化喷出,雾化后的污泥粒径在50~200μm之间分布,与槽式太阳能集热系统提供的热气逆流接触,研究了槽式太阳能集热系统中污泥脱水性能的变化。结果表明,利用导热空气传热并结合热管技术,使得槽式跟踪太阳能集热器具有较高的集热性能和效率,10月份10:00~15:00通过槽式太阳能集热装置加热后的平均空气温度可以达到150-200℃;污泥通过喷雾并与槽式太阳能集热系统提供的热气逆流接触后,含水率可减至40%~60%。因此,槽式太阳能的集热性能可靠,且太阳能集热系统中污泥喷雾可达到深度脱水的状态。Trough solar collector system was constructed, with air as the heat transfer medium for parallel heat collecting. The sludge spray tower was developed, which atomizing sprayed the sewage treatment plant sludge with moisture content 97% by two-fluid nozzle. The particle size of the atomized sludge was between 50-200 μm, which was countercurrent contact with heat provided by trough solar collector system. Performance of sprayed sludge dewatering in the solar parabolic trough collector system was studied. Results indicated that the system has a high heat collecting performance and efficiency. In this way the temperature can come up to average 150-200 ℃ at 10:00-15:00 in October. The moisture content of the sprayed sludge can reach 40%-60%. Results showed that this solar parabolic trough collector has high performance and bright application prospect in sludge dewatering.
