摘　　要：某住宅楼现浇混凝土楼梯间的2层梯板、3层廊道板出现大量裂缝,通过配筋探测、混凝土强度测试、梯板变形测量等检测方法综合分析裂缝原因,得出该楼梯间产生"病害"的原因及检测鉴定结论,并提出加固建议,为处理类似工程提供参考和依据。A multi-storey residential building＇s stairs on the 2nd floor and stair- case on the 3rd floor now have a lot of cracks. The author analyzed the causes for the cracks through reinforcement detection, concrete strength test, and stair deformation measurement, got the reason for the cracks as well as test conclusion, and gave sugges- tions for strengthening, to provide some reference and basis for dealing with similar cases.
