里弄住宅的适老化设计探索

摘　　要：以当今热点中国老龄化问题为背景,从老年人养老观念、养老模式出发,以上海提篮桥历史风貌区的里弄住宅为研究对象,对其功能、格局等方面进行适老化改造,使之更适宜老年人居住。进而探讨新形势下里弄住宅的保护或改造策略,尝试为今后的可持续发展提供几点参考建议。Taking the current ageing problem in China as background, based on the concept and mode of providing for the aged, the paper has Shanghai Tilanqiao Historic Block＇s lane house as research object, proposing to adjust its function and layout to make it more suitable for the aged to live in. Then the paper discusses the protection and renovation strategies for lane house in the new situation, trying to give some advice for future sustainable development.
