老年慢性肺心病合并心衰48例诊治观察

摘　　要：慢性肺心病合并心衰通常在病因治疗的基础上适当给予强心、利尿药等来纠正心衰。本文采用氨力农联合尼可刹米治疗慢性肺心病合并心衰,取得了较好临床效果。力农具有正性肌力和血管扩张作用,能增加患者心肌收缩力、心排血量和心脏指数。尼可刹米增加患者肺的通气量,改善缺氧和加快二氧化碳的排出,加强患者咳嗽反射,改善排痰、通畅呼吸道等作用,二者联合应用有利于纠正心功能。chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure is usually on the basis of appropriate give patients treated in the cause of strong heart, diuresis, etc to correct heart failure. This paper USES the combination of ammonia force farmers, brake meters, treatment of chronic cor pulmonale with heart failure have achieved good clinical effect. Force farmers have positive inotropic and vasodilation effect, can increase myocardial contraction force, increase the patients＇cardiac output, increase cardiac index. Nikethamide increased in patients with pulmonary ventilation, oxygen to improve and speed up the discharge of carbon dioxide, strengthen the patients cough reflex, improve productive, unobstructed respiratory tract, such as the joint apphcation is beneficial to correct the heart function.
