摘　　要："农技推广云平台"建设工作是推动农业农村信息化发展的有益探索:根据用户需求,平台充分利用现代信息技术,设计了工作服务、管理统计、信息采集上报三大类功能板块,可通过主流浏览器和Android系统智能手机中的客户端获取信息服务,从而提升农技推广服务能力,提供有效、便捷、有针对性的农技推广服务,实现基层农技推广网络化管理和高效的信息化服务。平台在小范围试点的基础上,整省示范工作已准备就绪,将为农技推广体系整体工作带来极大便利。＂Agro-technique extension cloud platform＂ construction work is the beneficial exploration to promote the development of agricultural＆rural informatization.According to the user demand, three types of functions such as promotion service, agro-extension management, information acquisition which can be accessed by major browsers, as well as the client installed in android smartphones. Based on making full use of modern information technology, the platform was designed to strengthen the service capacity of extending grass-root agricultural technology, realize the agro-technique extension network management and efficient information services, and then provide simple two-way interactive services for promoters and farmers.＂Agro-technique extension Cloud platform＂ notable features include innovation of the means of agricultural technology extension service, enriching promoters＇ knowledge and enhancing their ability through remote education function provided by service platform. Innovation of the way of management, improving the efficiency of the management of agro-technical popularization. Innovation of the information acquisition, collecting many kinds of agricultural information such as agricultural production information, natural disaster information, and emergency in real-time and directional way. Innovation of basic-level agro-technique extension organization and operation mechanism, promoting sustainable development of the platform. Based on the pilot of a small scale,great convenience for extensive system will be brought by the whole province demonstration.
