摘　　要：通过调查潍坊市10个典型烟叶家庭农场与5个烟农专业合作社的经营现状,分析了"家庭农场+合作社"烟叶生产组织模式建设的提升空间,提出了优化措施,旨在推动现代农业管理机制进一步深化。By investigation of 10 typical tobacco family farms and management present situation of five tobacco farmer professional cooperatives of Weifang City, this article analyzed the ascension space of tobacco production organization mode （family farm and farmer professional cooperatives）, the optimization measures were put forward. The purpose was to promote development of modem agriculture management system, and further deepen management mechanism.
