摘 要:提出山东经研院技术发展思路,实现电网规划与设计工作的高效性与科学性,通过建立统一的电网规划设计数据中心,充分利用已建成的用电信息管理系统和调度SCADA、生产PMIS、电网GIS数据,CAD可视化技术为支撑,融合国网公司统一规划平台,整合现有电网仿真分析工具,研发一个将规划研究、工程可行性研究、技术评价、经济分析高度融合的可视化、向导式的电网规划与设计一体化平台,实现网架自动规划、计划自动排序、设计标准设计套用的规划设计编制与评审系统。使电网规划设计高效化、科学化,提高规划成果统一管理和利用效率。The technology development thought of Economic & Technology Research Institute of Shandong was proposed,to ensure the efficiency and rationality of the electric power network planning and designing, an electric power network planning and designing platform must be established which is based on the electricity information management system,supervisory control and data acquisition, power production management information system, the date of power grid GIS and the visualization technologies of CAD, also it can fuse with the unified electric power network planning platform of the STATE GRID in order to integrate the existing simulation analysis tools of the electric power network. The Visual and guided platform integrated planning with planning research ,feasibility study ,technological assessment and economic appraisal which can realize automatic power grid designing,scheme sorting and establishment and accreditation of planning and designing. It can improve the efficiency of the electric power network planning and administrate effectively the planning result.
