摘　　要：为响应建设创新性国家的倡议,实现我国经济的转型升级。本文以中国计量学院开展的产学研合作创新模式为例,探索了以技术转移、产学研合作、工程实践教育、协同创新等形式的中心模式,与地方和科研院所的战略合作模式,与企业和地方的项目对接模式,高科技园和基地等模式,提出了加强校地产学研合作的对策与建议。表明校地产学研合作能为我国经济和教育的发展起到助推作用。In response to the advocating of constructing the innovative country, and realize our economic transformation and upgrading. From the case of innovation mode for industry-university-research institute cooperation carry out in China Jiliang University. Explore central mode such as technology transformation, industry-university-research institute cooperation, engineering practice education, collaborative innovation, and so on. The strategic cooperation associated？with local and research institutions. Project cooperation accompany with company and local. The mode of high-tech park and basement. Countermeasure and suggest have put forward to enhance university and local cooperation. It indicates that the industry- university-research institute cooperation between university and local can promote our economy and education.
