摘　　要：针对目前组织合作中的信任定义及度量不统一,特别是主观信任没有精确的数学定义等问题.通过分析主观信任的不同来源,利用模糊关系给出了主观信任的数学定义和性质.借用模糊聚类的思想,构建了信任的评价模型.For the nonconformity of trust＇s definition and metric in organizational cooperation, especially, the problems such as the lack of a precise mathematical definition. Trough analyzing the different sources of the objective trust, the mathematical definition and properties of objective trust on the basis of the fuzzy relationship in mathematics are given. At last, the evaluation model of trust is founded by the use of the idea of fuzzy clustering.
