摘 要:目的 :研究输血传递病毒 (TTV)在不同类型肝病患者中的感染情况及非甲 庚型 (NA G)肝炎中TTV是否为肝炎的致病因子。方法 :采用nest PCR技术对临床上 12 9例肝病患者及反复输血的血液病患者血清检测了TTV DNA。ELISA法检测血清抗HAV IgM ,HBV M ,抗HCV IgG ,抗HEV IgM ,抗HGV -IgM及血清ALT水平。结果 :12 9例血清中TTV检出率为 19.38% (2 5 / 12 9)。 45例NA G型肝炎患者中检出率为 42 .2 2 % (19/45 ) ,其中急性肝炎 9例 ,慢性肝炎 9例 ,肝硬化 1例 ,肿功均有程度不同的损害。结论 :TTV感染是部分NA G型肝炎患者的致病因子 ,可导致慢性化。除输血传播外尚有肠道传播的可能性。Objective:To explore the infection circumstance of TT virus (TTV) in different hepatitis patients and whether TTV is the pathogenic factor to non-A-G hepatitis.Methods:Nest-PCR technology was adopted to detect TTV-DNA in sera of 129 liver patients and blood disease patients whose diseases had been caused by repeated transfusion.Immunoabsorbtion assay was used to detect anti-HAV-IgM,HBV-M,anti-HCV-IgM,anti-HEV-IgG,anti-HGV-IgM and ALT level in sera.Results:The detection rate of TTV DNA in 129 cases was 1938%(25/129) and it was 4222%(19/45) in 45 non-A-G hepatitis patients.Among these 45 patients,there were 9 acute hepatitis,9 chronic hepatitis,1 cirrhosis and liver functions were all injured.Conclusion:TTV infection is the pathogenic factor to part of non-A-G hepatitis and it can lead to the disease chronic.Besides transfusion,it is possible that TT virus spreads through intestines.
