不同产地土茯苓中总黄酮含量定量分析

摘　　要：目的：测定不同产地土茯苓中总黄酮的含量。方法：以落新妇苷为标准品、采用分光光度法测定分别源于安徽亳州、广西南宁、越南三产地的土茯苓中总黄酮的含量。结果：落新妇苷在13．18-30．59μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（R^2=0．9996）。结论：方法灵敏度高、稳定性好，可以用于土茯苓药材中总黄酮的含量测定。Objective ： To determine the content of total flavonols in rhizoma of Smilax g]abra Roxb. in different places. Methods ： The content of total flavonols in the extract of rhizoma Smilax glabra Roxb. in different places was determined by spectrophotometry with astilbin as standard substance. Resuhs ： The linear range of astilbin was within the range of 13.18-30.59μg·mL^-1 （r2=0.9996）. Conclusion ： The method has high sensitivity and good stability, and it is applicable for the quality control of extract of Smilax glabra roxb.
