混血穴位注射对慢性乙型肝炎肝组织病理损伤影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸(HBViRNA)混血穴注对改善慢性乙型肝炎肝组织病理损伤的影响。方法:采用HBViRNA混血穴位注射,疗程6个月,并与对照1组(自血穴位注射)及2组(单纯注射HBViRNA)从肝功能、实验动物肝活组织检查、肝纤维化指标项目检测等方面进行比较。结果:显示治疗组在减轻及改善肝组织病理损伤和纤维化进展、改善肝炎预后等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),而对照1、2两组比较,统计学上无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:HBViRNA混血穴位注射治疗慢性乙型肝炎能减轻慢性乙型肝炎肝组织的病理损伤、改善肝炎预后,可作为一种免疫过继疗法,用于治疗慢性乙型肝炎。Objective： To study the effect of acupoint-injection with blending blood and anti-HB- IRNA on the improvement of the treatment of liver tissue pathology lesion from chronic hepatitis B. Method ： Acupoint-injection with blending blood and anti-HBV-IRNA （ treatment group ） was used in treatment for 6 months, and compared with Group 1 in which patients used acupoint-injection with self-blood, and Group 2 in which patients used anti-HBV-IRNA alone for muscular injection from liver function, experimental animal liver biopsy, liver fibrosis index project detection, etc. Result： The mitigation of fibrosis, the improvement of liver tissue pathology lesion, and the improvement of prognosis of hepatitis in treatment group were significantly superior to those of the controls （ P〈0.01 ）; while there was no significant difference between the two controls （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment, acupoint-injection with blending blood and anti-HBV-IRNA of chronic hepatitis B can reduce the pathological damage of liver tissue caused by chronic hepatitis B and improve the prognosis of hepatitis. And the aeupoint-injection with blending blood and anti- HBV-IRNA can be used as the adoptive immunotherapy of chronic hepatitis B.
